SHIPPING


PlasmaDyn welding machines are inspected, tested, and shipped fully insured to be sure every machine arrives in working order. We ship every machine via insured Federal Express with tracking numbers to take care of any damage or theft that occurs during transport or via USPS Priority Mail.Occasionally, a wire may come loose during transport. To verify your machine is not damaged during shipping, you MUST hook up the machine and test it within 24 hours of receipt according to the included quick-start book. Should you not receive a quick-start book, please email us immediately and we will send one to you. Failure to immediately test your machine may result in you being liable for shipping should it fail to work initially. This warranty is in effect for twenty four (24) hours after you receive the item. If your machine is physically damaged when you receive it, you must contact PlasmaDyn within 24 hours (support@PlasmaDyn.com) to arrange for a shipping claim and an RMA number. You must replace the item in its original box along with all shipping materials, packing, and accessories. The shipper will pick up the package and you will receive another identical item as soon as shipping damage is determined. Failure to follow these procedures will result in refusal of your insurance claim.

NO MACHINE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

 NO EXCEPTIONS.
