PlasmaDyn warrants our welding & cutting machines for 1 year on parts and labor on all internal electronic parts. All other items including torches, cables, regulators, clamps, case, paint etc. are deemed consumable items and are not covered. Warranty coverage is for repair or replacement at our discretion, of all internal circuit boards only.

WARNING: YOU WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY IF THE CASE IS OPENED FOR ANY REASON.

If you need to open the case, you MUST obtain WRITTEN PERMISSION from PlasmaDyn prior to removing cover.

Warranty is VOID if unit is operated outside of its intended parameters including inappropriate voltage, abuse including damaged case, dropping machine, use of nonstandard consumables or torches, modification in any way, or failure to use an air filter/dryer. Units are equipped with diagnostic sensors to determine mechanical shock, overvoltage, overcurrent, case intrusions, and abuse. PlasmaDyn shall use its sole authority to determine such issues.

The warranty does not cover shipping to our facility, but PlasmaDyn we will pay shipping back to you ONLY if the item is under warranty or if the item is repaired. We will not pay return shipping should the unit be found to be operational, or if the owner is unable to operate the machine for any reason. Warranty is non-transferrable.

Should you have a problem with your machine, please contact us and we will work with you regardless if the machine is under warranty or not. If your machine requires repair, at our discretion, we will ship replacement circuit boards to you should you have an issue.

Customers who require warranty work or need out of warranty repairs must contact us for an RMA number. Returns are NOT ACCEPTED AND WILL BE REFUSED unless an RMA number has been issued by PlasmaDyn prior to shipping. Contact us before returning your item.

Furthermore, you agree not to hold PlasmaDynUSA, any of its employees, or any of its parent companies liable for any reason as you acknowledge that these machines are dangerous and can result in injury or death of you or those near it and you accept full responsibility for its operation at all times.
You agree prior to purchase, either by auction or direct buy, to abide by all warranty terms and purchasing conditions as described herein.
